Hello - i am attaching photos of the crank handle and piece that is inside the handle . I also attached pix of the piece the handle inserts. Do u sell the handle and piece inside? The window opens But when I try to close it all the way it stops closing and the handle detaches with the piece that goes inside the " bore" leaving only a hole - see pix.

I saw another question from someone and the pix clips and piece to open window looks the same as does the walls of the screen room. I saw the post under part 39-104 and question /comment of 4/13/23 about a 35 yr old handle for a porch window . The image of the porch looks like my set up. Please advise. Thanks Vivian

also- do u sell anything to cover the holes where the handles were not inserted in - see image above . Thanks

Hi there, Vivian.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The worm gear coming out with your handle like that indicates that the operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We're happy to help but we will need you to completely remove the operator from the window and show us a full view of the installation hole patterns on the top and bottom tabs as well as the arms that attach to the internal linkage of the window.

As for the window clip, our 70-080 looks like a good match but take a look at the specifications and see what you think. We also sell the 39-355 slot cover.

Hello and thank you for your response. I will try to remove the operator but the issue I have is that there is not a screw holding the operator to the frame- it looks like a rivet? Would I drill that out to remove the operator from the frame? See pix Thank you! Please advise

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Yes, that's correct! You would have to drill out the rivet.

A home owner from Nj says:
Hello I removed the operator . I attached pix. The operator was attached to the frame with a rivet. Is there a screw i can use instead? U can see the old rivet remains. Please advise and thank u!

Thanks for getting back to us, Vivian. We don't sell this exact operator but I think it might just be an older version of our 39-025. Review our specs below and see what you think. Of all the operators in our inventory I do believe this is our closest option, even if it isn't necessarily a guarantee.
