Screen door plastic track, rollers at top of screen door

A quick learner from Lafayette, CA says:
Hi there,

I am trying to repair some of my screen doors (47 inch across). I am having two issues:

(1) the plastic track on the bottom of the door that fits into the frame groove snapped. As a result the bottom of the door swings off (its not connected at the bottom). I am attaching some pictures. Door length is 47 inches and color is ivory.

(2) Separately, the rollers at the top of the screen broke and i had to buy new rollers. The ones i bought dont fit well. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Your screen door bottom looks like it's spring loaded. I've actually never seen anything like this. If I was repairing your door personally I would use the 80-110A track and have a regular screen door frame made up, pretty much abandoning the top hanging door style. I don't think those are as reliable and repair parts aren't easy to come by.

Otherwise, if you want to keep the system you have, I actually think the best option in our inventory is a shower door roller. See our 10-101, 10-102, 10-109, 10-141, and finally the 10-142 for some examples. We also have the 33-087 screw. I cannot guarantee that these will work but they're my best idea.
