Hi-
We have Mildoor hardware for sliding patio door that we need to replace.

7 1/4" lng; 7/8" wide; 6 3/8" screw centres.

I thought you made a replacement product, #142239?

I would start by looking at our 82-076. This may be the door lock you want.
