Searching for 29-6 IX CMC 7

A quick learner says:
Need 10 assemblies of the 29-6 IX CMC 7 and 1 of the 36-9 IX CMC 11
I understand the 29-6 and the 36-9 but what does the IX and CMC 7/11 mean?

Hi there!

This looks like our Series 395 channel balance. Take a look and see if you agree. The first three numbers in the stamp are what's important so you don't have to focus on the other letters and numbers. The 29-6 stamp means you want the 2960 option but the 36-9 stamp is outdated. You'll need to weigh the window sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the Series 395 store page to determine the accordant option.

Let me know if you have any questions!
