Hello,

We'd be happy to help but the stamp code oly tells us the spring strength needed to support the weight of your window. We would need to see the fittings attached to both ends of an undamaged balance removed from the window to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

A contractor from Washington says:
Here are photos of each end as well as an overall. The overall length is 40" from tip of plastic to tip of plastic.

Thanks,
Mark

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-39 or S385-39 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. Keep in mind that the length should only include the metal channel and not the end fittings. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

The S385-39 offers 3850 strength options to support a window sash between 30-35 pounds. If you need the S380-39, just let us know since our stock options only go up to 3840 at this time. Thank you.

Hello,

Thanks for the information. We will need two of the S385-39 lifts, our metal channel measures 39" long and we have the 1 3/32 end.

Thanks you,
Mark
