Searching for 40678

A quick learner says:
Hello: We bought a house with three motorized skylights. The house was built in 1999. There is a remote with part #40678 noted inside the battery housing and outside of it says MOTORIZED WINDOW OPERATOR TRUTH HARDWARE. The skylights haven't worked since we bought the house. These skylight operators have transformers that are producing about 28vac and all seem to be working. I am suspecting maybe the remote is bad. Thoughts?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry any motorized hardware. The 39-379 is the only skylight operator that we carry.  I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
