Thanks for writing in! This Andersen casement operator reminds me of two that we carry in our inventory. To determine which of them is the right replacement you'll need to compare the dimensions from each of them to your existing hardware. Take a look at the diagrams for part 39-094 (the opposite handed version is 39-095) and the 39-150 (the opposite handed version is part 39-151).

The compatible crank handle for both of these parts is 39-286.
