I'm afraid we don't have a match for this patio glass door handle. To be honest, this looks more like our 38-142 locking handle for casement windows. Could someone have installed this on your door instead of a normal patio glass door handle set? Look it over and let me know your thoughts.

Thanks for the reply. We moved in after these patio doors were installed. It was a room addition sunroom and the company is no longer in business for me to call and ask.

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find anything closer. This is a somewhat peculiar handle for a sliding glass door and nothing else in our inventory looks like it would work. I am sorry that we cannot offer a better match.
