Seeking to identify replacement window non-tilt channel balances

A home owner from Houston Texas says:
Hello,

I am looking to identify the right parts to replace a 33 6 HW CMC 11 - there was also a 33 4 FW CMC 10 in the other side of the window but the mismatch of the second number (6-4) seems to be what may have caused the break on the 33 6 HW CMC 11 as I understand the second number to be the balance weight.

Any help is much appreciated - thank you!

Thanks for posting.  It appears you have the S395-34 channel balance. A 3340 stamp is made to carry 23 to 28lbs and a 3360 stamp is made to carry 32 to 35lbs.

Given that your balances are both rated to carry such different weight ranges, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window to select the correct stamp.

If your window weight does not fall in either of those ranges, you'll need to view the chart below the product description of the balance to select the correct stamp for your window weight.
