Shorter window crank replacement for Loewen

A home owner from New Jersey says:
We are trying to replace our kitchen faucet, but the window crank is proving to be very limiting for what faucet will fit in this space. I think the window was last replaced when the previous owners remodeled the house in the late 80s. It is a Loewen brand crank, and as you can see, it is set into the window sill. The current crank just barely misses hitting the faucet. It doesn't appear to have any screws that hold the crank onto the window. I am wondering if there is a shorter crank handle that would give us more room for the kitchen faucet. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. This operator most likely has a handle that fits on a spline with a 11/32" diameter--if you want to be safe, you can open the window and show us a picture of the entire assembly, including the arms that push and pull the window, so we can confirm its exact identity. Assuming the operator does have a 11/32" spline, you could use a T handle like the 39-102. Take a look and see what you think.
