Thanks for reaching out! There is a chance we might be able to supply you with a suitable replacement for your Simonton sweep lock. Although, I'll need to confirm a few measurements to determine the best possible recommendation. To start, I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, from center to center. I'll also need to know the "backset" measurement, this is the distance from the center of the hole to the back of the sweep. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

Sorry it took so long to respond. I had him measure the latch and it is 2 1/4". He didn't measure the backset, but if the backset doesn't change when it's 2 1/4", then I feel comfortable with ordering the picture above. I'm assuming it's #90-274? Please confirm and let me know if I can order online through a link or would you have to place the order? Thanks, Teresa

Hi Teresa, There is a possibility that the backset could measure 3/8" (90-180), 7/16" (90-300), or 11/16" (90-274). The best way to know which sweep lock of ours would be the best fit, would be to confirm that backset measurement.
