Simonton window parts

A friend says:

Looking for window balancer on double hung both sides and top window latches for both sides...
I can not send pictures of shoe it is no longer with window...previous pics of Simonton window is all have available...
could you show me what options you have?

Thanks for posting. This Simonton Coil Balance setup is no longer made, but you should be able to replace it with our 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balances. You will need to replace the balances on both sides of the window to complete this procedure. We have a video that takes you through the conversion process. Check it out below and let me know if you have any questions.
