Single hung replacement parts

Hi. I have some older Insulate brand windows that are malfunctioning. The channels (metal part only) measure just over 13 5/8" long. Marking on the back is: 13 2 B.S.I. PK. Takeout clips are all broken, takeout clip mounting slot in frame measures 1" x 3/16". I need hardware for 2 (same size) windows. Hope you have what I need. Thanks for your help!

The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 13-5/8" which is what makes it custom.
