Hi there. I'm sure we can help, but we need just a little more information. Can you tell us the diameter of the pins and the diameter of the cap atop the pins? Can you also show us any label or manufacturing info on the door? We'll do our best to assist you from there.

A home owner from Sorrento Fl says:
Thank you for your reply.
The pin diameter is 1/4 inch and the cap on top of the pin is 3/8 inch.
The doors have no tags or labels and have been painted over.
Photo of door is included.
Thank you

Thanks for getting back to us. This is the new style of the Float-A-Way bi-fold door. You will need one bottom adjusting pin, the 21-023; one top pivot pin, 21-024; and two guide pins, the 21-022, one for the top and bottom. Let us know if you have further questions.
