Hello, Thanks for posting! Your patio door roller looks a lot like the 81-007 Remington Sliding Door Roller. Take a look over the dimensions. Double check them to confirm that this is the right fit for your door.

From the looks of it, you are right on! I will order the the 81-007 Remington rollers and give them a try.
Do you recommend getting a "Track Cover", such as the "Track Cover, Small" Part No 80-102? The current track seems a bit "wavy", but I'm concerned that the track will be too wide for the roller.

We're happy to help! As for your track, the 80-102 would work with the 81-007 wheel but you would need to confirm that the 1/4" by 1/4" opening would fit your track rail. We also offer the 80-106 track, along with the installation video below. Take a look to determine which option you'd prefer.
