Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't identify your weatherstripping from these photos. Are you able to remove an undamaged sample? We specifically need you to write out the base width and pile height in order to narrow down some options. 

A quick learner from TX says:
Unfortunately no I can not unless sliding door frame is disassembled which is not an option. Looks like anything I get will need to be glue or taped on it.

You're welcome to browse our selection of pile weatherstripping here but I'm afraid none of them are self-adhesive. We have the 58-180 foam seal weatherstrip with an adhesive backing but this is designed for a prime door so we're not optimistic it'd work for you. I am very sorry that we cannot offer something better.
