A home owner from Alaska says:
Sliding door handle, says made in new Zealand. Does not have any numbers or other markings other than the squiggles on front. Screw holes where it attaches to door are 4 15/16 inches center to center.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-080 handle set to your assembly. As for the mortise lock, I'd recommend removing the assembly to compare to the 82-268B or 82-238. We've also related a few keepers for you to compare to your part since we do not carry an exact match to the one shown in your photo. Thank you.
