That code is just for the glass, not the door itself; in any event, the most reliable way to identify sliding glass door handle sets and locks is pictures of the existing hardware. Based on the external pull, I suspect the 82-081 Keyed Handle Set could work for you. Please compare. Note that this handle set only comes in white. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you need the mortise lock as well, the 82-238 might be what you need; but please compare, and send photos of the old mortise lock if you are uncertain.
