Thanks for posting. This looks like Andersen hardware. The mortise lock might be an older version of our 82-037, which the thumb latch can be replaced with our 82-043. For the key locks, see our left-handed 82-316 and right-handed 82-317. Left or right orientation is determined by which side the operating panel is on when viewed from the outside looking in. Let me know if you have further questions.
