Take a look at our 82-063 surface mount lock set. Compare our dimensions to yours and see how they match up.

Is there any option for a keyed cylinder on the 82-063? My customer has a keyed cylinder on the exterior of her door with the original Ador/Hilite handle set on the interior. It may have been installed after the fact.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The keyed exterior pull for this part was discontinued and is not something we sell anymore, unfortunately. I'm afraid we have no substitute. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
