Sliding door wheel replacement

Hello, Kaizer. We may have a match for this roller, but before I recommend anything I would like some measurements, if you can provide them. I'd like to know the width and height of the housing, as well as the diameter of the wheel.

Please write these dimensions out for me to review.

Thank you. It's tough to make out your measurements from just a photo of a tape measure, but it looks like our best match is the 81-155. The only issue is that your roller appears to be much larger at around 1-1/2". 

There are a couple things you could do to avoid that. The first is to adjust the roller to make up for the difference after it's been installed. This is usually a safe bet in most cases but I admit that in your case it's a pretty big difference. Adjusting the roller might not cut it.

The other option is to replace the wheels. We sell the 81-272 wheel and axle kit which comes with 1-1/2" steel wheels. You can drill out the wheel on our 81-155 and install these, instead. Just note that any product altered in this way cannot be returned for a refund.
