Sliding glass door rollers and screen door rollers

Hello, Ed. Thank you kindly for the clear diagram and dimensions. I wish more people put in this kind of time and attention, it's a huge help.

Right off the bat, my top two recommendations are going to be the 81-158 patio glass door roller and 84-091M screen door roller. These are the absolute closest products we sell to your given dimensions, but is one important difference in each case: the width. The 81-158 is 11/16" wide compared to your 3/4", while the 84-091M is 3/8" wide compared to your 1/4". 

Now, 11/16" to 3/4" is notable but I'm not sure it's necessarily a deal breaker. I would recommend triple checking that particular measurement just to be sure. You'll also note that the 81-158 has a 1-1/4" diameter wheel, but that's not really a big deal. You can adjust the housing to make up the difference.

I'm more concerned about the screen door roller. There was a version of the 84-091M that was made much skinnier than our 3/8" version and the two are not compatible; it was also discontinued many years ago. If memory serves, however, that old skinny version was 5/16", not 1/4". I would recommend triple checking that dimension, too.
