Mounting holes on the mortise lock are 4-5/8 on center.
Doors were made by a new york company, Challenger ?

Thanks for reaching out! Given the dimension and design of your mortise lock, it looks like it could be our 4-5/8" 82-226. Be sure to confirm the other dimensions from the lock to confirm that this is the right replacement. If you are looking to replace the handle set as well, this part is sold separately.
