Sliding patio door handle

I need to replace this sliding door handle. The door locks at top and bottom of frame. Multipoint lock?

I recognize this handle set. This is very old and discontinued set that isn't made anymore, but according to our databse you could possibly use our 82-030 as a substitute. 

Just note that it will require drilling new installation holes. If you aren't okay with that, then my recommendation would be to contact a local professional to come out and see if they can adapt something to work.
