Thanks for posting. You have an old Slimfold model bi fold door. For the bottom threaded pin, consider our 21-001 . For the top pivot pin as well as the guide pins, see our 21-007 instead. Review the diagrams below and let me know if they seem to match your old pins, or if anything differs. If you need any new pivot rod clamps, see the 21-154. Let me know if you have further questions.
