Soft closing drawer not operating correctly

We are hoping you can identify with these photos the exact type of mechanism used and tell us how we might be able to remedy the problem. Closes but then reopens slightly. The drawer box width is 21 inches

Unfortunately, we do not carry suitable replacements for your drawer slides or the rear brackets used to install them. If you think that the locks may be the problem, we do offer the 32-336 shown below. Take a look and compare the specifications to determine if it is a match. Thanks for posting.
