Thanks for writing in! Based on the information on the paper it looks like you're looking to purchase the S400-23 spiral balance. You'll need to confirm the tip color of the balance. If there is not tip color, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash these balances support.

In regard to the bracket, I'll need to see it removed from the window to confirm the correct replacement. Unfortunately, I cannot identify it from the photos provided.
