Thanks for reaching out to us. It appears you're showing us three different operators here. The 39-330 looks like the one in your last photo but this isn't what you're looking for from what I understand. 

We'll need to start from scratch to ensure we get you the right hardware for the job. Can you open the window and show us a clear and full view of the entire operator? It'd also be helpful if the base of the operator is included in the photo.
