Spring Balance Replacement - Help Needed

A handy person from Illinois, USA says:
Hello.
I have windows that are ~20 years old and the spring balances are starting to break. The markings on various windows around the house are 24c, 24d, and 32d.

Based on my review of the information on your web site, it appears that I should select the Series 770 channel balance and the 15-129 pivot shoe where mine are damaged. Can you please review the photos I have sent and confirm the exact parts I should order? Thanks in advance!

Regards,
John

Casey from SWISCO responded:

This looks like an S770 with a rivet in the top hole to accommodate an S-Clip like the 19-030 or 19-029. We can custom-make these for you but we will need to know how many 24C, 24D, and 32D balances you need, with the minimum being two of each. Thank you!
