I believe this is a S395-21. Please look it over to confirm. For the stamp option select 2030.

A home owner from California says:
Thanks a lot Bob. Is it OK to go with a stamp option with a higher weight rating, like 2040 or 2050? The current one seems to fail frequently. Thanks.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

We recommend replacing the original stamp, unless the windows weren't functioning correctly to begin with. Did these windows tend to slide closed even before the balances broke? Were the balances ever replaced at some point? In any event, there's a simple way to check if you should be using a different stamp: weigh the window sash on a bathroom scale. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed under the product description on the S395-21 shop page--that weight range will tell you the corresponding stamp to select.

A home owner from California says:
OK. Thanks a lot Bob.
