It depends on which pull pin you are using. We carry two different size pins. The 70-008 has a 7/32" (large) head and it take the 75-503 step drill. The 70-009 has a 5/32" (small) head and it takes the 75-032 step drill. The 75-032 is actually no longer in production, which accounts for the difference in price.
You can actually use the 75-503 step drill for either pin. However, it will make a larger hole and the head of the 70-009 pin will be a little sloppy. You can also just use two different drill bits use one smaller then a larger one for the pin head. It is just quicker using the step drill. |
