Hello, thank you for posting,

I believe you have the older style which was used on Forever storm doors. I believe the screw has a 1/4-20 thread count, similar to 33-104. You will need to check it. You could possibly use 70-092 clip by drilling a large hole to accept the mounting screw. Take a look and let us know what you think!
