Straight arm casement window mechanism and track

A home owner from Arlington, MA says:
I believe I've identified the parts I need but would appreciate your confirmation. (The photo shows the mechanism for my window on the right, but it's the one on the left that needs repair.) The arm is a little over 9 inches long. The track running along the base of the window is 16 inches long.

Is this the right replacement for the mechanism?

And is this the track or channel I need? (Is it 16 inches long?)

Thanks for your help!

Hello, Tom. Those two codes you gave unfortunately aren't in my records, so at this stage I don't know what it is you're looking at. I cannot confirm whether those parts will work or not.

What I can tell you is that you seem to have a pretty typical Andersen brand casement window. If all you needed is an operator and track, see either our 39-094 or 39-150. These work under the same principle but have different length arms. I'll share their specs below for you to review.
