Stuck Window

A quick learner says:
Hello, I am working with a Lawson series SH-7500 Aluminum single hung window that won't go up. It is stuck in the down position. The balance on the left side is not attached and it all the way up but the right side won't allow me to lift the window. Any suggestions.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your window has a broken top sash guide that allowed the window balance to shoot up pass the sash. You might need help on this procedure. Force down the balance on the left side, pop out the take out clips on both sides of the track. Bring the balance even to the sash and try to bring up the sash up pass the take out clips to hook the balances and remove the sash. See our media guides for further help. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
