I am trying to fix a Jeld Wen Casement window. I bought the one in your catalog with 4 holes, but the holes don't match and so it bent it.

Do you have this one with 3 holes and fatter than the one you sell.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Am I right in assuming that the products you purchased from us were our 39-548 and 39-549? If so, we don't have a version of this bracket with three holes, but we can look into it for you. Before we do anything, can you tell me exactly how wide yours has to be? In order to find a good match, we'll need precise dimensions. You can use the dimensions we show for the 39-548 as a reference.
