Sun windows tilt bracket

A contractor from Asheville nc says:
Not positive what the part is called but it the part connected to spring that the pin on the side of sash goes into.

The left side is sticking and the right side plastic has broken and part is separated from spring.

Hello,

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but it looks like you may be showing a pivot shoe similar to the 15-218 shown below. I would recommend removing an undamaged version from one of your windows to determine if the specifications below match up to your part. Unfortunately, we do not carry the nake spring balances used with these pivot shoes. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
