For the operator, please start by reviewing the style of the 39-317 and 39-318 operators. Compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit! For a new handle, take a look at the 39-114L.

We do not have your exact hinge, but believe you can use the 36-048 2- bar hinge set. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be changed out at the same time. Review the overall style and dimensions to see what you think! 

We also carry the 36-004-10 stainless steel set. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
