It looks like you have Rixon hardware on your commercial door. Unfortunately, we do not carry these parts. I believe you will need to contact a glass company or locksmith familiar with this type of hardware for assistance. 

Looking at the photo of the bottom of your door it looks like you have a concealed closer in the floor. These are very expensive. See if you can get someone to neutralize it and install a surface mounted closer like the 79-264. I have done this in the past to repair these types of doors at a reasonable cost.
