These are Vinyl Therm take out vinyl windows. There are two per opening and the opening size or double window opening is 51 x 48" tall.

Thanks for posting. Is the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings or attachments at both ends, 22" long? And does the bottom fitting have wings, or 'side tabs', while the top fitting does not? If so, see our S350-22. This looks like our closest match, but review its specifications and see if you concur. You'll also have to choose a stamp option, which designates the strength of the balances. If that code written on your old balance is accurate, then you'd need a stamp option of 2140, which means the balance can handle a window sash in the weight range of 15 through 23 pounds. You can always weigh your window sash on a scale just to be sure it fits that range. Let me know if you have any other questions.

A landlord from chicago says:
That's the one! the steel channel is just shy of 22" and the top and bottom are identical. Thanks again.
