The part of sash that catches the channel?

A home owner from Cincinnati says:
Hello! I ordered two replacement block and tackle channels "2430" and they fit perfectly in my window, but one of the side "tabs" is broken and doesn't catch one of the channels when I pull down on the window. The tab is screwed to the corner of the dash. What is this part called and where can I find them?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

It looks like you need a new top sash guide. Unfortunately, I can't determine exactly what you have from this photo. It could possibly be our 18-181, but this is an educated guess.

I recommend carefully reviewing the pictures and dimensions we show on the 18-182 store page. If they differ in any way, let me know exactly how and we can work from there.
