Thanks for reaching out! Your casement window lock resembles our 38-078. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing lock to confirm if this is the replacement you'll need.

The casement operator cover resembles the 39-107 and the crank handle the 39-114. If you are looking to replace the operator, I'll need to see a photo of the entire casement operator to make an accurate recommendation.
