These operators are used on VPI windows installed by Discount Windows and Doors in Kaneohe

A home owner from Kaneohe, HI says:
We have been trying to get a few of these operators replaced for years, and thought we had found the correct one, but there are significant differences, so VPI referred me to you. I have included a picture of that new operator also, so you can see there are no holes in the vertical surface. I do not want to remove the old operator until I have a replacement for obvious reasons. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 39-468 operator comes to mind for the part in your first photo. However, it sounds like this one doesn't match your old assembly. I wonder if the 39-220B would be a better match. Have a look and see how the specifications compare with yours.
