Threshold and Weather Stripping ID

A quick learner says:

The attached pictures are of the weather stripping and the threshold seal for a 25 year old Semco swinging patio door. I need to replace all the stripping and the threshold. Please identify the appropriate replacement product.
The door is 94" tall and 36" wide.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry this kind of foam seal with the round base, but you still may be able to use something like the 58-180 with a stick-on base.
