We have several tilt windows that have broken when using the tilt function. The metal piece cracked and the plastic piece needs to be replaced.

As for the broken pivot bar, we should be able to supply a replacement but we would need to see an undamaged version removed from the other side of the window to compare to our inventory. In the meantime, you're welcome to look through our selection here. Thank you!
