Hey Dan. We'll need just a little more information to properly identify this balance. Can you show me whatever hook, fitting, shoe or other attachment was at the bottom of the metal channel? This does help to narrow down the balance needed for your window, however, it does not provide the information needed to determine the hook that has to be installed to your balances. With that said, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance to determine the correct attachment. Are you able to provide a photo of an undamaged balance? |
