Tilt windows

A home owner from Philly says:
These are a replacement window. It looks obviously to be square and then it looks like it has a cord or rope that goes up to that other picture you see it looks like it just clips onto the vinyl.

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review for a replacement, are you able to show us the attachment at the bottom of the metal channel? Thank you!

Hope this helps

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance, but with a 15-198 hook attachment for install. This configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you.

To further review, are you able to confirm the length of the metal channel is 20" long and the stamp reads 20B?

We will also need to confirm that the width of the T-lock pivot shoe is 1-1/4" wide along with the style of metal cam. You will need to remove the window sash from the T-lock shoes to determine if the shoe has a closed or open (see through) metal cam style that engages with the pivot bar on the window sash.

Once we have this information confirmed, I can send over an order link for purchase. Please provide the number of balances you are looking to purchase. Thank you!
