Truth Hardware / Anderberg Mfg hinges

A landlord from California says:

We have aluminum frame, single pane windows (from the 1980's probably). Many of the hinges/sliders are broken. One has been replaced with Truth brand hardware, which works well. We need help identifying the specific parts so that we can order more.

The inner face of the window measures 22.5 inches wide. The outer face is wider, probably 24 inches or so.
