Thanks for writing in, and thanks for the kind words. We are here to help. From the look of it, I suspect this is the 39-083. Just make sure the 'wingspan', as shown below, matches what you have. Let me know if anything differs in any way. For a new handle that works with this operator, see the 39-114L sold separately. For a new sash bracket, see either the 39-170 or 39-177.
