Truth operator

I'm Replacing a truth operator for an awning style window it matches up very closely with part 39-013, but I need the black plastic shoe from the style the opener 39-312 added to it. Is there a better part # for what I need, or can you add the shoe to opener #39- 013? attached is a photo of unit

Could you show me a clearer picture of the black guide at the end of your operator arm? It looks like it might be a bit different from what we have for the 39-312. Can you also show me where on the sash that guide installs?

Ah, I see. Thank you for this picture. It's as I suspected, this is a little different from ours. We may be able to bring in one closer to your design. While we look into that, can you just tell me how many operators you needed?

Just one operator crank in white . I still have the foot from the old part. I?m hoping that the round Hub is the same size that I can take the wheel of and pop on the black foot from the old operator. If you have any ideas or can try to get that black foot on operator 39-013 at Swissco, I would be grateful.

Thanks! We cannot add that shoe to our 39-013, but we are adding a new operator to our catalog that already has it. I will let you know as soon as we have stock made up for you and added to our catalog.
