Trying to find our balance

A home owner from Ventura County CA says:
20-2-0715 VBS is what is printed on int
It has a cord inside, not a spring
the metal part is 21"
The window measures 21" Wide x 45" high
The window is a vinyl Champion sash window
Do you have recommendations for people to do the installations, I have about 14 windows that need repair.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like our S395-21 channel balance to me. Take a look at the specifications and see if you agree. You may need the 2020 spring strength option but you could always weigh the window sash on a scale to confirm it falls within the 8 to 12-pound range.
